Tree works are to begin in Great Whittington on Monday 23rd September. Various trees are to be crown lifted and removed according to the findings of the Tree Survey.

Money has been raised to provide a War Memorial in Great Whittington. This will be a carved mill stone which will be installed in the wall by the Village Hall.
The pothole on the Great Whittington to Matfen road had been reported. This is still to be repaired and will be reported again.
Speed of farm vehicles through Great Whittington is a concern. Letters will be sent to the farms in question requesting vehicles to travel through the village with consideration.
There is a campaign in Hallington to provide a defibrillator. This is being pursued.
