Whittington Parish Council serves the areas of Great Whittington, Halton, Bingfield and Hallington.  The Parish Council meets every two months and members of the public are welcome to attend.

The Parish Council website provides information about your Parish Councillors, minutes of previous meetings, the Neighbourhood Plan and a link to the Great Whittington Village Hall website.

The Village Hall in Great Whittington serves the whole parish and details of events, community activities and village hall news can be found on it's website.  In addition to regular activities the Village Hall is helping Matfen and Stamfordham Churches with an ongoing food bank appeal.  The church is the local hub for this area, they will co-ordinate help and information, more details can be found on the website.

The Village Hall also provides a prescription collection service.
